Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has showered encomiums on the Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area, Mayor Dele Oshinowo, for his visionary leadership and commitment to providing affordable housing for residents, as he commissions the Raymond Estate and Sterling Heights housing project in Agboyi-Ketu Community.

The event, which took place on Friday 16th of August 2024 was well attended by dignitaries, including the Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, other top government officials and community leaders.
The project, comprising 170 homes, is a significant addition to the state’s housing stock and a major step towards addressing the housing deficit in Lagos.

Governor Sanwo-Olu, in his keynote address, commended Mayor Oshinowo for his dedication to improving the lives of residents in Agboyi-Ketu LCDA. “Mayor Oshinowo’s commitment to providing affordable housing is truly commendable. This project is a shining example of what can be achieved through visionary leadership and collaboration.”

Mayor Oshinowo, in his remarks, expressed his gratitude to the Governor and emphasized his commitment to continuing to deliver projects that benefit the community. “We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that our residents have access to quality housing, infrastructure, and services.”

The commissioning ceremony featured a tour of the estate, where guests inspected the modern amenities and quality finishes of the homes.

Residents who have already moved in shared their experiences and praised the council Mayor for his efforts in providing them with comfortable and secure living amenities.

The Raymond Estate and Sterling Heights project is a resounding testament to the visionary leadership and unwavering commitment of the Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area, led by Mayor Dele Oshinowo.
