Towards reducing maternal mortality through the provision of quality healthcare, the administration of Mayor Dele Oshinowo has partnered Optiva Capital Partners Limited to revitalize Ketu Primary Health Centre, Mascara.

The upgrading journey commenced yesterday with a groundbreaking ceremony held within the precinct of the health facility. 

Welcoming guests to the ceremony, the Executive Chairman, Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, Mayor Dele Oshinowo commended Optiva Capital Partners Limited for collaborating with his administration to bring health succour to residents of the LCDA.

While calling on other well-meaning organizations and private individuals to emulate Optiva Capital Partners Limited in tapping into the conducive environment of Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, the council Mayor further described the collaboration as a passionate commitment to providing a sanctuary for healing.

Also speaking at the program, the Chief Executive Officer of Optiva Capital Partners Limited, Dr. Jane Kimemia said that the maternal healthcare of her organization was to provide a special opportunity to eradicate avoidable fatalities among women and their new borns.

She further explained that the healthcare facility will witness massive expansion to accommodate more bed spaces, a well-equipped delivery room, additional offices for doctors, provision of state of the art equipment and overall aesthetics of the building to enhance her surroundings to provide a serene atmosphere for inhabitants.
