Hon. Kehinde Fatoki, former chairmanship aspirant and supervisor for environment, Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, donated food items and undisclosed amount of money to Lovehome orphanage, as part of activities marking his birthday anniversary, on January 12, 2022.
The items donated at the Lovehome Orphanage at CMD road, Magodo GRA, included bags of rice, cartons of noodles, packets of spaghetti, cartons of biscuits, loaves of bread, stationeries, as well as undisclosed amount of money, among others.
Fatoki, on his birthday, enjoys the praises of his boss, Princess Samiat Bada, who described him as a well dedicated, dependable and committed loyalist.
While donating the materials at the orphanage centre, Fatoki explained that he decided to identify with the needy at this time in celebration of his birthday anniversary.
In celebration of his birthday, the Ikosi-Isheri LCDA cabinet member considered the plight of orphans as they do not have any family to celebrate with, hence the importance of celebrating with the vulnerable that are in need of affection by other members of the society.
