Islamic cleric and scholar, Sheikh Robiu Adebayo AbdulMalik, has decided to come to the aid of the residents of his community, Oworo.
Baba L’Oworo, supervises the relief team who managed a smooth distribution following all norms of social distancing and lockdown caveats.
“While this period is challenging for everyone, it is especially tough on the poor daily wage earners, government should not expect the people to sit at home hungry.
Their whole livelihood depends on their daily wages they earn and they don’t have the luxury of even small savings to help them ride through this time.” He noted.
Sheikh Robiu who provides for the needy through his self-funded foundation, and in the name of his congregation, Lutfullah International.
