The pandemic Corona Virus has recently clamped down on the whole and forced a total stay-at-home in all regions of the developed, developing and under developed countries. As the number of cases increases in Nigeria, particularly, the centre of excellence, Lagos, government is left with no other choice than to impose stricter restrictions on commuters as well as markets and other converging spots.

Due to the daily increase in number of cases, the Lagos state Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu has announced that from Thursday 25th March, 2020, all entries and exits of Lagos would be on complete shutdown. This would further help in curbing the spread of this deadly virus.

In order to protect the lives of residents of Kosofe Constituency 1, Hon Ganiyu Babatunde Sanni popularly known as OKLA will embark on distribution of hand sanitizers on Saturday, March 28, while also spreading the awareness and safety tips of the COVID19.

In his words,”I enjoin constituents of KOSOFE CONSTITUENCY 1 and Lagosians generally to observe the social distancing culture, avoid handshake, stay safe at home, avoid mingling with the crowd, imbibe  periodic handwashing and sanitizing culture, keep your environment clean , call the attention of the medics where symptoms persist.
As part of my social responsibility. I shall be distributing HAND SANITIZERS and a moderated AWARENESS CAMPAIGN all over my CONSTITUENCY come Saturday 28th March, 2020.
