Hon (Barr) Tunde Braimoh
Barely 28 days after the demise of Lagos East Senator, and Kosofe political god-father, Senator Bayo osinowo, death has yet struck another political heavy weight in Kosofe. 
The first ever Chairman of Kosofe local government (before the introduction of LCDAs), and current Kosofe constituency II lawmaker, Honourable Taofeek Olatunde Braimoh has been announced dead,  It was gathered that the lawmaker passed on in his sleep.
Died early Friday, 10 July, 2020, at the age of 59, he was the Chairman of the Lagos State House of Assembly Committee on Information, Strategy and Security. He was preparing fr his 60th birthday which comes up in two months.
Until his death, he was the member representing Kosofe State Constituency II, at the Lagos State House of Assembly and Chairman of the Committee on Information, Strategy and Security. He was a second term lawmaker. In the 8th Assembly, he was first the Chairman of the Committee on Information, Strategy and Security before becoming Chairman of the Committee on Human Rights, Public Petitions, Justice and LASIEC.
Between 1999 and 2002, he was elected Chairman of Kosofe Local Government.
Popularly called Big Daddy, Braimoh was very popular not only among his colleagues and politicians but also among the social circle in Lagos well noted for his jovial nature and the ability to mix and make friends with people.
