As Nigeria marks its 64th Independence Anniversary, Honorable Joseph Oluwafemi Opabola, a frontline candidate of the APC in Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in the upcoming 2025 LG Elections, extended a message of hope and unity to the residents. In his address, Opabola emphasized the need for perseverance and collaboration during these challenging times. A strong advocate for grassroots empowerment, he reiterated his commitment to driving community development through improved infrastructure, social services, and economic opportunities.

In light of the current economic hardships facing the nation, Opabola urged the people of Agboyi-Ketu LCDA to remain patient with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration. He acknowledged the difficulties many Nigerians are facing but assured the community that Tinubu’s policies are aimed at long-term economic recovery and growth. Opabola believes that with time, these policies will begin to yield positive results for Nigerians at all levels.

“We are in a period of economic restructuring, and while it may be tough now, I encourage all residents to remain hopeful. President Tinubu has a track record of leadership, and I believe his reforms will soon provide relief,” Opabola stated during his Independence Day message.

With the 2025 local elections on the horizon, Opabola’s message resonated with the community, reinforcing his platform of transparency, grassroots development, and economic empowerment.
