The Sky-Blue Football Club, Remo Stars FC played a host to Heartland FC at the Sports Academy complex, Ikenne, on Sunday afternoon, 26th December 2021.
The host defeated the visitors in a home win of 3-0. An early brace from Andy Okpe in the 3rd and 5th minutes and a 76th-minute goal from Samuel Anakwe gave the host their first home win of the season, as they go top of the league after matchday two games.
Heartland improved in the second half, but it was too little too late.
The Sky-Blue Stars beat their opponent at their lush green arena in Ikenne on Sunday.
Remo Stars now have six points, five goals and yet to concede any.
