says First Bank and Zenith will commence operations soon

The reigning monarch of Oworonshoki Kingdom HRM Oba Babatunde Saliu has facilitated the reconstruction of four inner roads in Oworonshoki Kingdom and the construction of the link road to Iyana Oworo Berger bus stop a few months after his installation.

The roads which have been earmarked for reconstruction are Palace road, Miyaki Street, Adam/Onabajo streets and Papa Secretariat.

The Lagos State Public Works Corporation has already commenced reconstruction works on Palace road while Kerbs are about to be laid on the link road to Iyana Oworo Berger Bus stop.

The reconstruction of four inner roads in Oworonshoki Kingdom is in fulfilment of the promises made by the monarch to his subjects after his installation that he would bring positive transformation to the community.

The network of roads when completed is expected to boost smooth vehicular movements in and out of Oworonshoki community.

In a related development, many years after the construction of their banking facilities in Oworonshoki community both First Bank and Zenith Bank are set to open for financial operations.

This piece of information was given by the paramount traditional ruler of Oworonshoki Kingdom Oba Babatunde Saliu at his palace.

Oba Babatunde Saliu disclosed that the issue which had prevented the two banks from not operating many years after their facilities were located in the area had finally been resolved.

And ahead of the commencement of financial operations, the two banks have already begun rehabilitating their facilities as reconstruction workers and materials could be seen within the banking premises.

The commencement of financial operations by the two banks is expected to boost commercial activities and make financial transactions easier for the residents of the community.
