Following the tragic death of the erstwhile Chairman of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, Hon. Abdul Fatai Ayodele Oyesanya, yesterday, the Vice-Chairman of the council, Princess Bolanle Samiat Bada, is set to step into the shoes of her boss.
Princess, who is a second term Vice- Chairman of the LCDA, plans have been in top gear for the race to succeed the Oyesanya administration in the upcoming council elections come 2021.
Just like former president Goodluck Jonathan, this development will see her ascend the position of the Chairman of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, which properly prepares her for the challenge ahead. This is an edge over intending candidates of the Chairmanship seat, come 2021. However, this tenure still has about a year and a half to run, Princess has this period to create an impression in order to stand a better chance in the race.
