The Lagos state police command has again arrested Emmanuel Sunday for traffic robbery in Ketu, Kosofe Local Government Area.
Emmanuel Sunday said to be an ex-convict has been terrorizing motorists and commuters at the Ketu-Ikosi axis.
The Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed his arrest via a statement signed and released by him on Thursday in Lagos..
Sunday, notorious for dispossessing motorists of their belongings, was apprehended by the Rapid Response Squad (RRS).
He was caught when RRS officials working undercover spotted him while trying to dispossess a motorist of his phone at Ojota Underbridge.
Hundeyin said that the culprit confessed to being imprisoned for similar offence in Lagos.
